To make a reservation for Mother's Day please send us full name, phone, size of party, and approximate time desired. Also let us know if you prefer outside or inside. We cannot guarantee either but will try. We will respond back within 36 hrs if able to accomodate you and will send a confirmation #. You do not have a reservation until you receive the confirmation #. Please be accurate with the amount of people in your group as we may not be able to change once it is made. If you need to cancel please be considerate and give us at least 7 days notice. We will not be accepting parties larger than 12. The time alotement given will be 1hr and 45min. Private Events/parties
Regarding our Banquet room rental: The room can hold up to 65 ppl.
We offer 3 options (price listed does not include sales tax, gratuity, alcoholic beverages)
1. Lunch party Hours between11:30 to 3:00 There is a $1500. minimum fee to include the Venue, food service and non-alcoholic beverages. Fee is up to 25 people. Additional guest will be on a per person charge. Menu will be discussed.
2. Sunday brunch 10am till 1pm. Includes most everything same as our regular brunch. Minimum fee $1600. Up to 25 ppl. Additional guest will be on a per person charge.
3. Dinner party Friday or Saturday night: Hours between 5 to 9pm. There is a $2500. minimum fee. up to 30 ppl. Covers Venue, food and non alcoholic drinks. Additional guest on a per person charge.
Buffet style food service with many options to choose from. Beer, Wine and Spirits are available for additional fee. No outside food or drink allowed. Wednesday or Thursday night discounts. If interested contact us at dancingfoxwinery@gmail.com
